Framfield Church:
What we will be doing during the Coronavirus crisis.
Issued 17.3.2020
In line with government guidelines The Church of England has suspended all regular church services for the time being. However, the suspension of public worship does not currently apply to weddings and funerals. These should go ahead with as few people in attendance as possible. Clergy should use their discretion on what limits to apply. For example, it would be reasonable to limit attendance to the immediate family, excluding anyone who is at risk from infection.
As a church we have a list of folk who are willing to shop for those who are self-isolating. Points of contact will be on the noticeboard and on the church website.
I'll be on the Church Office telephone number (01825 891033) if you need to contact me or leave a message. If it's urgent please ring the Vicarage (01825 890365).
Hopefully, we can all stay well during this challenging period and help each other out where it's appropriate to do so.
ALL CHURCH SERVICES SUSPENDED
