Reasons

Jesus said ‘I have come that you may have life, and have it to the full’ (John 10:10). In this darkened world where bad news appears to be increasing daily, the ‘good news’ of God’s love and forgiveness though Jesus Christ shines as a beacon of hope to all who will accept him. Jesus never came to establish a new religion. He came to show us what God was like, or as a child once said; ‘Jesus is God with skin on’. Many people try to find or generate meaning and purpose for their own lives only to be left unfulfilled. As our creator, only God has the bigger picture in full view and it is when we enter into a living relationship with him that we discover that Christ makes a real, positive and tangible difference to us as individuals, our families, communities, country and world.

Purpose

We share in common the desire to assist one another to realise our full potential in this life, through a personal relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, enabled by the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit. We believe the local church is the key focus to achieve this goal.

Our Sunday services include worship that ranges from traditional to contemporary, teaching that is biblical, fellowship that is inclusive and a welcome that is genuine.

Our mission is to assist people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ so that lives are transformed, giving real purpose and hope for the future.
