Weddings - Divorce and remarriage policy

Whilst it is acknowledged that a marriage should last a life time there are circumstances that may have led to a breakdown in a relationship and eventual divorce. In general, provided an individual or couple who are seeking to be remarried in church have not been directly involved in the breakdown of a previous marriage then the possibility of being remarried in church exists.
